Amen to that. I consider myself pretty consistent with exercise (mostly for my mental health, ironically) but find it a little unrealistic when all these insta star fitness gurus act like completely changing your life into fitness and health is a new religion that will give you nothing but clarity and joy. Sometimes a glass (or 4) of wine with a girlfriend is more theraputic than a 45 min spin class. Let's be real.
